I'm currently using a Geforce GTX 650 Ti Boost and i'm planning to upgrade it to a graphic card priced around $400 by Xmas 2014. Is it worth to just get a PS4 instead with that money?

Depends. What do all your friends play on? I would personally buy the graphics card.

Also depends what the rest of your hardware looks like. If you got a Core2 Duo for example, it would be a waste of money to pair it with a 400$ graphics card. What are your full system specs?

Graphics card upgrade would be way more worth it with that setup.

Get an overclocked GTX 770 and spit on your friends' PS4.
