Building a new system. Compatibility Check please!

Ok here are my parts:

Case: Antec Twelve Hundred V3 Black Steel ATX Full Tower Unbeatable Gaming Case

MotherBoard: MSI Z87-GD65 Gaming LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K Haswell

GPU: NVIDIA MSI GTX 770

RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2400

HDD: Western Digital Black 4 TB HDD

I don't think i will have any problems but just checking!

I have a $2000 Budget and i am buying most of the parts from Newegg.com and i live in the U.S.

Yes i am going to mostly use it for gaming and some occasional video editing.

My main concern is the power supply. Do i have enough power for the whole system? Just barely or by a lot?
