I am going to use Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO and I have 2 questions:

1st Should I use the already existed thermal paste of Cooler master?
I have already Artic Silver Ceramique 2 (2.7 grams). I buy it before 2-3 years but never use it.
Or I should buy a new one?
Like Artic MX-4 (4 gr). Of course you guys can suggest me something else.
I use CPU: Intel Core i7 4770 3.4 GHz

2nd I read some ways to apply the thermal paste on cpu.. like ( p shape, line shape ) can you suggest me anything? Links with pictures-videos will help :)

Thanks!!

The included paste is fine. Best way to apply is a small pea size dot in the middle and let the heatstink spread it out when you attach it IMO. Its the way that Tomshardware and many other people recommend and its hard to get it wrong compared to some other methods..

use the one that comes with the cm 212 evo. it is decent, and easy to apply. The best method, in my opinion is the x method, but its tricky to get it right. The pea method is also great.

watch this:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-hNgFNH7zhQ

also the artic mx-4 is harder to apply because its very viscous

When i do the small pea size dot in the middle, should i press for 10 sec the heatstink with my hand? or i should let it delicately and screw it?

Sure you can push it down gently to spread the paste, then screw it in. Dont forget to plug the fan in ;)

On first boot, go into the bios to check that the idle temp is good (to tell if you have a good connection between cpu and heatstink).

At stock speeds you should see it idle around 35'c, shouldnt see any more than 60ish when loaded in games.

Also depends on the ambient temp and how good your case cooling is though, so may vary.
