Should my PSU be ready for this graphics card with my current set up?

750W PSU.

Graphics card (Currently) Geforce 660 SC.
Graphics card I'm going to get: Geforce 770.
Motherboard: MSI Z87-G41.
RAM: 8 gigs.
Processor: i5-4570.
HD (Not sure if this matters) WD Blue 1TB HD

750w is more than enough for your system and GTX770. Btw what kind of brand is that PSU you have?

GeForce GTX 770 - requires 42 Ampere on +12V rail and a 600W PSU minimum. So you should be fine depending on the make/model of PSU ? If its a branded one then nothing to worry about, if its a local made then you could suffer.
