Hello everyone!

I'm building a computer and from all the elements, my biggest doubt is in the RAM. I spent few days reading in the internet and still cannot make a decision regarding which to buy.

Right now i have:
Asus Maximus VI Hero
Intel i7 4770K
and
Gigabyte R9 280x

I'd like to get 16GB of RAM and would spend max. 200usd. My main use for this is gaming, basic photo and video editing and multitasking.

I intend to use a 42'' LED TV screen as my main monitor.

I've heard that Haswell cpus like a higher speed, but then again a higher speed means higher CAS. I found two options, but maybe I'm wrong... What would you recommend me?

From this two, which one would you recommend me most?

When building this PC on pcpartpicker, i get a message telling me that:
"G.Skill Trident X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-2133 Memory operating voltage of 1.6V exceeds the Intel Haswell CPU recommended maximum of 1.5V+5% (1.575V). This memory module may run at a reduced clock rate to meet the 1.5V voltage recommendation, or may require running at a voltage greater than the Intel recommended maximum."

How should i understand this?

Thanks a lot for your answers!

P.S:
Eventually I want to acquire a Phanteks ph-tc14pe cooler... Will be there enough space to fit them?

Solution
Yep the Tridents are the best I've found for Haswell and in particular the for the Hero, have run most every set of Tri's on it and all have had OC headroom - have the 32GB set of 2666/11 on mine and they are great (in sig) ;)

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231589 is the way I would go. 1.65v on good memory won't hurt your computer. That is just intel being extremely overly cautious with their specs. You can plug those Tridents in, enable xmp and enjoy VERY fast memory for a very long time. If you're really worried about the voltage I bet you can get them to run at or close to 1.6v at rated specs, perhaps even as low as 1.57v. Worst case you can downclock them to 2133 manually and set the voltage to 1.57 for your own comforts sake.
