Hello,

I've decided to build a PC but don't know where to start. If anyone could suggest a build, that would be greatly appreciated. I mainly want to play BF4 but might play around with Dayz. I would scrap the whole thing - that case is from a manufacturer known for extremely poor quality construction and a CX430 won't power an R9 270X. This is what I would do for that budget:

You should be able to play games at medium-high settings at 1080P. You can check out benchmarks for the R9-270X, but generally those systems have overclocked Intel CPUs. Fortunately, that FX-6300 overclocks pretty well and you could pick up a CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO for $29.99 and get a nice performance boost.
