Depending on if you need OS, Monitor, Keyboard and Mouse. You should be looking at something in these lines.

Might not be able to get everything but, basically you only need to tweak the GPU to fit it to 2000e
GTX770 or R9 280X if you need to go down. Possible alternatives would also be custom cooled R9 290/290X's.
