^ Agree. Plus most pre-built cases will not take a standard motherboard because the IO plate is not removable but part of the case. And as said the motherboard that comes with that PC only has one PCI-E x16 slot so there is no way to Crossfire or SLI it will take only one GPU period.
Get the best single GPU you can afford however keep in mind that you may have to replace the PSU depending on the specs of the one you have. Can you see the label on the PSU and read find the total wattage and the +12v amp rating?
