Ok I have connected my pc with a 32 inch tv screen 1920 x 1080 ,my resolution of my 19 inch LCD tv screen(PC) is 1440x900 and when I duplicate the 2 monitors the resolution becomes 1440x900,I want to ask though is better to put the 32 inch resolution as 1280x720(HD) or 1440x900?Maybe it's better at 720p and have a better performance also HD?What do you think?

Sounds like you have two displays.
I would set each to it's maximum and native resolution.
If you do not clone, but use expanded desktop, you can manage each one individually.

Performance and image quality is probably best at the native resolution of the device.

Yes but I can't make both resolutions to 1080p so that's why I choosed 16:9 HD and not 16:10=1440x900
