It'll work but not very well, why are you using such an ancient CPU? I'll have ago at building one myself.

Under budget, didn't know if you needed a OS or not. If you don't I would upgrade the Power Supply.

so your 32" tv is running at 720p? your parts should be plenty. that cpu isn't "ancient"............... it's an apu sans graphics.

I can't improve the ABOVE BUILD really, but I would suggest considering a PS4 instead since you are hooking up to an HDTV.

That may not interest you but it's something to consider (and get BF4).

As I said, given about $500 for hardware the above build is pretty good. My only recommendation would be to use an Antec VP450 power supply instead. If you can bump up to an FX-6300 that may be of benefit as well.

I think your question has been mostly answered unless you have something specific to ask about.

Other than that, learn how to properly TWEAK game settings to get the best visual experience at the targeted frame rate. There are TWO main choices:

1) VSYNC ON - drop quality to achieve 60FPS (can resynch to 30FPS despite what FRAPS reporst if it drops below 60FPS)

2) VSYNC OFF - tweak quality to maintain 40FPS (get screen tearing)

If you don't mind a little screen tearing the second option is easiest.
