  1. depends on your PSU.

*Links/pricing are United States. They're just for reference.

    1) As mentioned, your Power Supply must be compatible.
You can mostly just look at the available 6/8-pin connectors. An HD7770 for example requires a 1x6-pin connection but a GTX770 (much better card) requires a 1x6-pin AND a 1x8-pin.

    2) Your CPU will bottleneck the really good cards but it VARIES a lot per game. Basically just get the BEST card you can afford.

    3) What card?
I recommend spending between $110 and $330, but your budget and choice of games will determine things.

    HD7850 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102999

    R9-270 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125476

    GTX760 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127745

    GTX770 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127741

    What CPU?
I could just say the FX-8350, but your TOTAL BUDGET is really going to dictate. If you had over $500 then the FX-8350 and GTX770 is one combo to consider.

However, if you have LESS than $300 you may be better off ONLY getting a graphics card. Without a BUDGET for your total upgrade I can't give any good advice.
