I have this problem for about 6 months.
When playing War thunder my normal packet loss is about 10%( it should be 0%) but it often gets to 100% and it disconnects. Ive noticed that when that happens sometimes my internet loses connection , but fixes after short time. Browsing is also affected. When opening websites with lots of pictures it takes time to load. Please help!

First test this on a wired connection and see if it does it. If possible on your router see what your utilization is when this happens. If you are running at 100% then you pretty much have to buy more.
If you a separate modem and router plugging directly into the modem will eliminate your router as the source.

Pretty much if it happens plugged into the modem or even directly into the router it is likely a issue on the circuit coming to your house and you are best off calling the ISP and see if they can test it for you.

Its not wifi- it is wired connection.

If you are getting packet loss on a wired connection then it is likely you connection to the ISP. Run a tracert to some site. Then open 2 cmd windows and ping the first 2 hops continuous. The second is the ISP first router. you likely will see no loss to your router and loss to the ISP. This means you have errors on the circuit coming into your house and the ISP needs to fix it.

i dont understand the second part. I open 2 cmd windows and ping the first 2 hops - whats that?.
In addition - when i played war thunder packet loss got to 100% and my connection broke down and i had to unplug and then plug the modem to get back online.

Tracert and ping are very basic network commands if you only know how to use gui windows then I think your only option is going to be to call the ISP and have them come out and check. It is either your router or your ISP circuit. They always tell you its your router so that is why it is best to do what you can to prove it is not. I guess you could just buy a new router and that would prove it too.
