New SSD won't appear in Windows Explorer but is online and partitioned in Disk Managment

I have added an additional SSD to my computer, and it shows up in disk management as Basic, Online, and with a healthy Primary Partition but it does not show up in Windows Explorer

I had assigned a letter before, but for unknown reasons the drive still would not show in explorer. After rebooting the letter had disappeared but then upon reassigning it, the drive became viewable and functional. Thanks!
