FX 8320 would fit that bill... and for gaming at medium settings and the other stuff you mention an FX 6300 would also be close, The two Firo mentioned are slightly faster, but also more expensive.

The FX 8320. Cheaper and faster. The aforementioned 4670k is better, but more expensive.

Are they good on long run? I ve hheard dat heating is an issue with amd nd haswell outperforms d fx8320

Haswell does slightly outperform the 8320 on most tasks but if you want to game on good settings, and do some video rendering and other multi tasking things you'll never notice the difference. The 8320 is more than capable of very high settings on all games that exist today, and is a good bit cheaper there. As long as you don't OC the amd processor heat won't be an issue.

Yes, they are all good for the long run. No, the FX 8320 doesn't have a heating issue. SOME haswell parts are faster than the 8320, but not all. The 4440 is not.

The i5 4440 cannot overclock. FX 8320 can overclock and will match an FX 8350 with ease. I run aftermarket cooling regardless of what I run as factory cooling is horrible. Haswell has its own heating issues as well. It actually runs hotter than Ivy Bridge. Hence why the k series chips do not overclock as well as Sandy and Ivy chips.

My chances of overclocking are minimum.. so will it really out perform d i5 4440? Nd wat r those aspects in which it wont? Dis is my 1st build so i was prefering intel onlt but it was expenskve with d performance they generate.

The things intel performs better at are anything that use less than 5 threads. If you're not going to OC in most situations the intel processor might be a bit faster but still with what you mentioned wanting to do the 8320 is a better option for you. I prefer intel for most things, but what you described is exactly right up AMD's alley.

The 4440 will be strongest in gaming. The 8320 will be strongest in most other tasks, especially encoding.

At the very least, bump the multiplier up to 20 to match FX 8350 speeds. FX 8350 is just a factory multiplier overclocked FX 8320. In newer titles that can make use of the cores, Crysis 3 for example, the FX will pull ahead of that particular i5. You would need an overclocked 4670k to beat the FX in such titles.

This isn't accurate. The 4440 will be faster on 85% of things most things aren't multi cored and the 4440 will win there, however most of those tasks get done so quickly on a modern computer that the speed difference wont' matter. Encoding yes maybe the 8320 wins, but most things will be faster with the 4440 (that being said I still suggest the 8320) :)

With that kind of GPU budget, you are better off spending less on CPU and going with FX 6300. GPU matters more than CPU. Shaving off the cost by going with an FX 6300 and getting a cheaper motherboard, I was able to get a much better GPU than the 5k would have offered.

And d mobo?.. wont a ddr3 be enough?.. and fx 6300 may be very slow in comparison with d fx8320..

None of those video cards under 5,000 were even close to enough to build a gaming PC that is why I didn't respond, his answer is a much better choice overall... the 6300 isn't much slower for most tasks as very few things use more than 6 cores, but the upgrade from a 5000 GPU to a better one would be much bigger than the loss from the 8320 to the 6300
