EVGA GTX 780 & Antec 850M PSU

I am going to be getting an EVGA GTX 780, I noticed it states +12 rail 42 amp requirements.
Antec 850M has two +12 40 amp rails, would it be sufficient?

Down the road I'm going to SLI two 780s...

Hi - Either quality 850 units will run a sys with 2 780's in SLI.

Neither XFX or Antec mfg PSU's. The XFX850 above and the Antec hcg850M or both mfgd by Seasonic,
both have 70 +12v amps, so either one is good, choose the less expensive one.
