The title says it: I have boxes of rewritable DVDs and CDs, but no longer a way to format them or copy files to them. (I can burn files to them using Nero Express, but not delete files or click-drag or "copy onto" the RW disc using Win XP SP3. How do I get back the ability to format and write/erase the discs using a component of Windows? Thanks for your help.
