I'm wanting to upgrade the card in this computer I'm buying and was wondering if I should stick with a Nvidia card or move over to AMD. What's your guys opinion and what card would you recommend?

The specs are:
System: AMD FX-4130 3.80GHz Quad-Core | AMD 760G Chipset | 8GB DDR3 | 1TB HDD | Genuine Windows 8.1 64-bit

Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GT610 1GB Video Card | 24X DVD±RW Dual-Layer Drive | Audio: 7.1 Channel | Gigabit LAN | Keyboard and Mouse

Expansion Bays/Slots Total(Free): 3(2) Ext. 5.25" | 4(3) Int. 3.5" | 4(4) Int. 2.5" | 1(1) PCI | 1(1) PCI-E x1 | 1(0) PCI-E x16 | 4(3) DIMM 240P

Power Supply: 450 Watts

And I would like to stay under 100 dollars on the card, for now at least.

Amd cards tend to offer much better performance for the money at this price point. I recommend you get a 7770 or if you can save a little more money you should go for a r7 260x. Anything under these cards is not really worth the money.
