games stutter sometimes

so my computer stutters in games sometimes

if i run memtest all night with no errors does that mean there is absolutely nothing wrong with my ram?

i have a

8 gigz of gskill ram
gtx 560 ti
fx 8350
cx600
asrock extreme 3

That is a pretty nice video card but it doesn't mean it can play all games maxed out... additionally ram is probably the last place I would look for stutters in a game, it pretty much makes a computer stop when it messes up. I would look at the GPU, GPU drivers, and Cpu, in that order.
