Gpu spiking to worry about?

Is this gpu usage normal when browsing the internet? using google chrome.

Motherboard: Msi fm2-a75ma-e35
CPU: Amd athlon x4 750k (3.4ghz currently, but it can go up to 4.0)
GPU: Gigabyte R9 270x
PSU: CX500M
Ram: 8Gb of Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz
OS: Windows 7 64 bit

Well, if watching movies/videos, it must be flash player having problems. again.

on normal website, it should run smooth. Try firefox instead.

Do a scan with roguekiller adwcleaner to remove toolbars or other softcrap you could of gathered on the way.

nothing came up with adwcleaner, tried firefox, and I got this

Sorry for the really late response, I actually decided to return this card and get a refund. I wasn't really happy with it to begin with. Saving up for a new build now. Thanks anyways.
