I have a $300 build that I want to play skyrim on. There are other games as well but skyrim seems to have the higher settings required than sc2 or wow. Is my build alright? This is my firrt build and want to make sure that it is playable at least 40frams or more?

Not bad at all for $300. Going to breadbox it? You didn't include a case. Very tight budget, but I don't agree with buying small volume drives like that. For $10 or 15 more you can get a much larger drive that is faster.

(Microcenter prices are generally pick up only, so you'll probably have to pay $30+ for a Corsaire 430W, good bargain choice though)
