I can't find my bios menu

I have an Acer Aspire 571G laptop with Intel Core i7-3610QM CPU. pressing F2 at Post takes me to a setup utility with hardly any options (no fan settings or info, no HTEP, no advanced menu, etc). Any suggestions? What am I missing here?

Its acer which is a oem and being a oem, they turn most of these features off. To prevent end users fooling around and messing it up and then call and complain the computer is not working.
During post at the bottom it should say what button to press for bios setup.
