Requirements for nvidia 3D vision 2

My laptop has the GTX 560M graphics card, I want to also buy a new 120hz 1080p HDTV.

Can i use the Nvidia 3D vision 2 ? would these two components that i have suffice ?

Many if not most laptops do not support 120hz, so it probably will not work. Even if the chip will work, there seems to be hardware that laptops lack to allow for 120hz connections. You also need a 3D Vision monitor. HDTV's do not support 120hz input.

I already stated that 120hz HDTV's do not support 120hz input. They take 60hz at most, and convert them to 120hz. This is not good enough. Though they may allow HD3D type 3D, but you'll be limited to 720p or 24hz. Nvidia 3Dtv play may also allow it to work, but with the same limitation.
