HELP: Major Graphics Issue

I was just playing on Battlefield 4 when I was in the bushes and suddenly I got a lot of flickering. It seems that something loaded wrong and now the leaves from the bushes are flickering all over my screen or something. Please help. Thank you so much.

Hi, im running an Asus Direct CU II R9 280x for my graphics card and i5 4670 CPU. I am running the 13.10 driver for the R9 200 series and no, this is the only game that it has ever happened on.

edit: I also was originally playing on full ultra settings when this occured. I then changed up the settings to the ones shown in the screenshot and i still got the flickering.
