I need to find the wireless drivers for samsungs np905s3g-k02uk. I downgraded to windows 7 because I cannot bear windows 8 but there isn't even any information on the internet as to what the wireless card is let alone the drivers the wireless card does not have a name under device drivers.
Any help? Where can I get a driver for this laptop otherwise I will have to get it back on windows 8 and take it back

Check your model number. That one "np905s3g-k02uk" doesn't seem to exist at Samsung.com

Okay, so go to Device Manager (Windows Key + X > M)

Method 1:
1. Right click on the unknown device.
2. Click "Update Driver Software..." in the dropdown menu.
3. Click the option to "Search automatically..."
If it doesn't work, oh well. On to Method 2 :p

Method 2: (Still in Device Manager)
1. Right click on the Unknown Device.
2. Select "Properties" in the drop-down menu.
3. Go to the "Details Tab."
4. Look for the drop-down menu labelled "Property," select "Hardware Ids."
5. Post the first line shown in the "Value" box.
This will tell us the exact hardware so we can circumvent using Samsung's website and get the driver on this site. I'll help you interpret the hardware ID.

Method 3:
1. Go to Samsung's Download Center
2. Skip the "Start by Entering Your Product's Model Number or Name" bar, I couldn't find your laptop with it.
3. Go below said bar and click "Laptops" under the "Office Category"
4. Follow the site's directions from there.

Let me know if any/none of those above work for you!

Best of luck!

Thankyou for the replies!
The hardware ID for 'network controller' (I'm assuming that is the wireless) is 'PCI\VEN_168C&DEV_0036&SUBSYS_411C144D&REV_01'

As for the model number, it's definatly NP905S3g-K02UK (Maybe removing the K02UK would help?)

Thankyou for any more help!

This is apparently the driver for your Wireless adapter.

It's a download link only.

In the future, it's best to make your own thread about these problems, as people rarely respond to old threads. I'm happy to help anyway, but just keep that in mind. :)

Try this link:

Just pick the version that fits your OS.
