I'm trying to build my own rig, but i no knowledge or whatsoever on parts price (if im getting the most money for my parts). Came up with this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2lut1

but its kind off over my budget by 200 dollars.

Its mainly for gaming (bf4, ac4, lol, path of the exile, guild wars, wow, etc)

and of course for basic college work (ms, powerpt , web browsing, and streaming)

Just planning on 1 monitor for now, until my next bday comes up.

also prefer air cooling than liquid as i mention before no knowledge of computer parts or so whatever, and i heard its hard to maintain liek you have to take it apart and clean it out.

trying to keep as noiseless as possbile cause i have other room mate 4) who shares a rooms with bunkbed, dont want to keep them awake with the noise

You could save almost $100 by switching to a FX 8320 + 990FX motherboard.
You could save $50 by getting one 2TB hdd instead of two 1TB hdds
You could save $40-50 by getting a different sata III 128GB ssd
You could save about $15 of a different 2x4GB RAM kit
You could save about $20 by getting a Cooler Master 212 instead
You could probably find a better deal on a psu too
