Just wondering if the two are compatible. All the PCI E looks like it checks out on the ASUS. Would feel better on an official opinion lol. These are also the dimensions on my case:
7.48" x 16.93" x 19.30" (WxHxD) (Front panel included)
7.48" x 16.93" x 17.52" (WxHxD) (Front panel NOT included)
Good to go right?

1) The external dimensions of the case mean nothing. You must either MEASURE where the card is to be installed, or look up the case to confirm card length as some cases have DRIVE BAYS in the way (some can be removed or length isn't an issue).

Take into account the PCIe power cables if they're on the end of the card.

2) Your POWER SUPPLY must also supply the correct 6/8-pin power cables (possibly 2x6-pin but I'm guessing).

3) That motherboard is fine as are just about any current board.

Other:
You likely won't use more than 2GB so I wouldn't spend much more money on a 4GB card.

I saw the EVGA 760 4GB for $300! You'd be much better off getting something like an MSI GTX770 2GB for $330. Power required is 1x6-pin, and 1x8-pin (8-pin can be 6+2 pin).
