Scratching sound from my DELL Laptop

Hi..!! Am using a DELL laptop. I bought it six months ago. From 1 week onwards there is some scratching sound from inside when turn on power and continuous till power gets off. is this a Hard Disk problem?? Please Help Me...

1. Back up your information to a web service or external hard drive immediately if you have not. (just in case)

2. Its most likely a fan rubbing on a cable or something. Probably worth popping the laptop it open to take a look, or if you don't want to void your warranty you can make Dell do it.
