Hi All
I knocked my laptop tonight and now will not boot! I can't understand it.... I have tried in safe and normal and nothing, normal just eventually goes back to the choice again, safe starts but then is just black and white safe background and nothing.....
So tried F8 and got to advanced screen picked safe with command box and ..... Nothing just sticks
Don't know what else to try - any help gratefully received
I do not have a installation disc as it came pre installed and I've no boot disc
