I plan to OC the my gpu, and i5 to at least 4ghz or 4.5ghz is the pcu good enough? because it looks a bit expensive, will a xfx 550 do well? i'm new so please be light on me when you're explaining things. Thanks :D

or Antec, my personal favorite. If you go with Corsair avoid the CX and VS series units, they are considered pretty entry level (still quality units)

I will recommend a Corsair power supply for the highest overclocks eg. Corsair AX 760i if you can afford it. XFX makes decent PSU's but I stick with name brands for high overclocks eg. Antec, Corsair, PC Power and Cooling, NZXT, or Seasonic.
