Title pretty much asks the main question. Will my AMD FX 8350 OC'd to 4.7GHZ bottleneck my 2 770 SLI? I'm running the EVGA 2gb versions as well as 16 GB ram, crosshair v formula z mobo. And a crap load of fans.... Also, if you say "lel get an intel lelelelellele lelelel" that is NOT an option. I do not want to spend like 600$ more just for a /slightly/ better product.

I do not think it will bottleneck your setup.

No it's not going to bottleneck your video cards. How high of an overclock do you have going on?

Swordkd, love your picture. Sunbro FTW. And my OC is @ 4.7GHZ and 1.4v. also something I noticed is that with my current setup - fx 8350 4.7ghz and only 1 770, the CPU doesn't really give any fps boost what so ever. At what point will i actually start to notice the boost? Like in arma 3 for example, at the stock 4.0ghz I get 25 fps average. At 4.7ghz, still 25 average. Does this mean my gtx 770 is currently bottlenecking my fx 8350? Will the second card bump up the fps?

no way that will bottleneck. Even if you add a third GPU

I use an AMD 8350 with a GTX 780 on a 990 FX Gen 2, 8 GBs of ram and I get great performance and I only play at Ultra and like to run a frame counter. Always about 60 in all games, except BF4.
