Hi

I have built 5 pcs with following specs (trying to build a hadoop cluster)

MSI Computer Corp. DDR3 1066 FM2 Motherboard FM2-A75IA-E53
AMD A8 - 6600K processor

2 pcs have following RAM
16 GB RAM - G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop

Other 2 have
Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory

1 pc has corasir vengeance 8GB ram (2 x 4GB)

3 pcs have CX 430 and 2 have CX 500 power supply.
All 5 have 1TB WD Blue hard drive.
All 5 have Cooler master elite 130 Mini ITX casing.

I have installed Centos on 3 of the PCs and two simply won't show up on monitor. Absolutely nothing. I have seen many of the threads on these forums and none solved my problem. I have switched PSUs from working PCs and still no change.

Here is the most frustrating part and it may hold the key. One of my PC that was actually working is also giving me the same issue today although it remains unopened. What can be going wrong here. I doubt faulty parts now because now a PC that was working is not working anymore.

Any input would be appreciated.

First of all thank you for your reply. I bought all this from Amazon. So its my problem now. I have a question for which I would appreciate your opinion. How come other two PCs are working since they have the same processor (Actually one of them has a A6 processor but thats also Richland)? Also, one of my machine stopped working yesterday, why is that. I set it up 2 weeks ago and it was fine.

Four of my processors are (one built with this processor is working. Other that initially was working also used this processor. Two builds never worked)

AMD A8-6600K Richland 4.3GHz Socket FM2 100W Quad-Core Desktop Processor AMD Radeon HD AD660KWOHLBOX

One processor is

AMD A6-6400K Richland 3.9GHz Socket FM2 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor AMD Radeon HD AD640KOKHLBOX

This build has been working fine without any issues.
all five builds have same motherboard MSI Computer Corp. DDR3 1066 FM2 Motherboard FM2-A75IA-E53.

So here is the latest update. I went out and bought a new trinity processor. That wasn't very helpful because it still didn't boot up. However, one of the machines booted up with that processor. So I took a processor from one of the machines that wasn't working and plugged in where the new processor worked, and it worked. So I believe on this particular machine the old processor was bad. So now I have three machines working.

As for other two which includes the machine that use to work, they still don't work. I am assuming it could be two bad motherboards but thats too much. It seems unlikely that two boards will be bad. What do you think now?

machines won't come up even with the other processor. I plugged the processors that are working on other machine including the one you mentioned but that still won't show anything on screen. I even bought another processor which according to their website should work with the old version of BIOS but to no avail.
