Just put together a rig with an i7 4930k hexacore cpu. Everything appears fine except the CPU which upon looking into the BIOS is running on 0.8V. When on the desktop the CPU is also running on a high load. I had discovered that when I removed the external HD, the performance of the CPU improved slightly but is still terrible. Any ideas? (Cant do anything with this bad performance)
