Will an Antec True Power Classic 650W 80 Plus Gold Power Supply work in a BitFenix Prodigy?

Yes. The Antec is a standard size ATX psu and will fit. Routing should not be a problem though you may have to get creative with tucking away the extra cables you don't use. Looks like you can squeeze them under the lower hard drive bay.
