Hey guys I'm building my first pc here on a bit of a budget. I already have the build together and already ordered the majority of the parts. But it turns out the video card I was set for went out of stock the day before (MSI Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB Video Card). So I then resorted to a different (supposedly better) card, one that was recommended to me by one of you guys as a slightly more expensive alternative to the 7870. The card I'm looking at now is an "ASUS R9270X-DC2T-2GD5 Radeon R9 270X 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 CrossFireX Support Video Card". So before I buy It I really need to know if it will be
1: fully compatible with my system.
And 2: If anyone has used the card before and has any information to share about it. Good or bad. Any help would be highly appreciated here guys. Thanks, and here's the build.

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor

Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory

Hard drive: Western Digital Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Power supply: CORSAIR CXM series CX600M 600W ATX12V v2.3 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

Video card: ASUS R9270X-DC2T-2GD5 Radeon R9 270X 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 CrossFireX Support Video Card

Optical drive: Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE DVD/CD Writer

Case: Corsair Carbide Series Black 300R Mid-Tower Computer Case (CC-9011014-WW)

My biggest concern here is to do with the motherboard. I've heard from someone on this forum that it lacks appropriate heatsinks (VRM heatsinks I believe ). And therefor is very bad for overclocking. This new video card is a TOP card (factory overclocked apparently). And I was wondering if this will cause me any issues. If you guys could potentially shed some light on this it would be much appreciated. Thanks a lot guys. And Merry Christmas.
