So im re using my HDD from my dell computer for my new build. I was wondering since i have to wipe my HDD will all the dell bloatware be gone when i reinstall windows on new mobo?

Solution
You could, but your programs and games would not run correctly, if at all.

You need to either:
1) Clone the existing Windows installation with games and programs to a new drive, OR
2) Do a fresh install from scratch of Windows and your programs and games.

All you have to do to be absolutely sure the dell bloatware is gone is to format the drive before you use it again. Delete all of the partitions on the drive, create new one(s), select the partition you wish to install Windows to, and setup will format it before you can use it.

Find specifics on how to do this online by adding information on your specific windows version to your search

You can use a program called Easeus Partition Master to resize your existing partition(s). Your dell bloatware partition is likely to be small and before your main partition, so you can delete that and resize your current partition to use its space. The only downside to the resize is that the data will have to be moved from one area of the hard drive to another, and that can take a very long time (think around a day). If you are installing windows afresh its best to start with a formatted drive, so if you wanted to rescue your games and data, you could resize your main partition smaller, and create a new seperate partition after. That way, when you reboot and format your main windows partition you wont lose the data on it. Keep in mind though, you'll need enough free space to have this new partition at the end of the drive, or else you'll be faffing around a lot reducing the main partition a little and transferring data etc...
