New Build for a mate, looking for suggestions and feedback

This is going to be a first build for a friend of mine and me and another friend are going to working with him for this build, we've been teaching him all about PC's and it's going to be great welcoming him into the PC building/gaming scene!

Additional Comments: Just wanting feedback, tips and suggestions and would like to save money where ever possible, while keeping similar gaming performance.

Also wondering whether I should get an aftermarket cooler or not and whether or not the CPU will be a bottleneck for the GPU.

Yeah this seems like a pretty good build although there is a few things that i will point out:
Firstly if your looking to get more bang for your buck its probably better off going with a AMD gpu, unless your a die hard nvidia fan. You could grab a R9 280x for $10 less than the GTX 770 on pc case gear. The R9 280x is quite a bit more powerful as well as having more vram (which is always handy).
Also one thing I would change is that psu, no way I would be game enough to put a Enermax psu in my system. Grab a corsair or seasonic, they would be much more reliable and also will probably have a much longer life span. Have a look at the Corsair TX-650M Modular Power Supply, its only around $30 more on pccasegear.

Edit** As for your questions you shouldn't need an aftermarket cpu cooler the stock intel one is suffice.
And the gpu definitely wont bottleneck, you only need to worry about that with older generation or very low end cpu's.

Cheers mate, I got all the answers I wanted, definitely gonna switch out the PSU, my main worries were bottlenecking, aftermarket PSU and any things I may have overlooked, you've gotten any worries off my back!
