Power Supply Tester - SATA power readings - Is PSU good?

Tested a couple of SATA power splitters with a previously known working PSU. However, from the 4 direct SATA plugs on the PSU (with the splitters unplugged) the +12V and +5V LEDs were lit. But the +3.3V was not.

The manual for my tester is very vague, but looking up one for Antec's model, according to #6, the +3.3V should be lit as well.

This is a power supply that came with a prebuilt system running 1 sata HDD and 1 sata optical drive. It was in use for 6-12 months before it was replaced with a higher wattage PSU for longevity concerns. It has been sitting in a drawer for the past 2 years at the least.

Additionally, the single molex plug and the 1 floppy connector show the same readings. The main power and P4 connectors show perfect readings.

So, is this PSU failing or could the +3.3V LED be out on my tester?

Your PS is probably fine, look at this page ( the sentence below the table ), it explains that since the 3.3v pins are rarely used they are sometimes not used:
