Hi I need help building a desktop my budget is 1000$ but I don't have a monitor or mouse and keyboard so I'm setting aside 250 for those.

Anyway my budget is 750 and mainly just want one enough to play skyrim at full 1080p and enough to last few years afterwards. Any tips? Thanks :)

Edit: oh btw I live in the U.S.
