So would these parts be compatible with each other? :)

Processor- FX 6300
Motherboard-ASRock 960 GM VGS3 ( http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/960GM-VGS3%20FX/ )
Graphics Card-Sapphire HD 7790 Dual X
ODD-HP DVD1265i 24X Multiformat DVD Writer
Storage-WD Caviar Blue 1tb
Memory-Crucial Ballistix Sport 4gb 1600
Case-NZXT Source 210 window edition
PSU-EVGA 500 B 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified 500W

btw 970 boards are quite expensive on our country and ASRock 960 GM VGS3 only one of the cheapesst am3+ boards here :(
I will use it mainly for gaming, photoshop and some light autocad homeworks :D

Solution
There will be no compatibility issues, although if possible try to shoot for a radeon 7850 as the performance gains justify the price increase (atleast in my area).

do you think that the motherboard would do well? I am having thoughts regarding the mobo T_T
and btw, do I need to buy additional fans? 1 intake and another 1 for exhaust? since the case will only have 1 free fan :D and also , would the stock amd cooler handle the fx 6300 well? or do I need to buy other cooler? :D

The stock cooler is fine. I would also go for the 7850. If you are concerned about that motherboard, take a look at the Asus M5A97 R2. One fan should be okay if you're not overclocking, in which case you should get a couple more and an aftermarket cooler.

The board will be fine as you're not running it maxed out (IE 8350 OC'd)
Fan wise unless you plan on over clocking it, you should be good
lastly, again unless you plan to over clock, the stock cooler will do just fine albeit a tiny bit noisy if its silent in your house.

One thing I can recommend although not necessarily now if it doesn't fit into your budget is eventually stepping up to 8gb of memory as games do call on quite a bit of it.
