New mobo CPU and RAM now black screen and no power to keyboard/mouse

I recently bought a new mother board CPU and RAM after installing I turned the computer and nothing the monitor won't receive a signal and the keyboard/mouse lights aren't on I've tried everything I know but still nothing so I decided to ask the community. Here's the specs

GPU: NVIDIA 550TI

CPU: FX-6300

Mobo: Asus M5A97 LE R2.0

RAM: G.SKILL 4x4gb 1066MHz

PSU: Rosewill RP550-2 550W

please help me.

Try to reinstall the RAM, that helps me sometimes.

did you update your mobo bios before installing your new hardware???

Well I can't update unless all the new hardware is in the mobo so no.

re-seat every component....including the psu power connector

Re-seated all of the components and still nothing.

if you do hear any fans running the problem is with your mobo. you have got to rma it

Make sure your CMOS jumper is in the 1-2 position. Go over this list and see if you missed something simple!

Well I've had a problem similar to this before and brought into a repair place and the guy fixed it without having to replace it so I might try taking it in again also.
