Im a bit confused here. I've heard that i cannot replace the Intel HD Graphics card because its connected to the motherboard or something but i think thats the laptop's problem so how about the desktop version? can i replace my intel HD 2500 to AMD? because i need to upgrade my PC soon :l
...
Also here's my PC specs: http://h20565.www2.hp.com/portal/site/hpsc/template.PAGE/public/kb/docDisplay/?sp4ts.oid=5295969&spf_p.tpst=kbDocDisplay&spf_p.prp_kbDocDisplay=wsrp-navigationalState%3DdocId%253Demr_na-c03513433-7%257CdocLocale%253D%257CcalledBy%253D&javax.portlet.begCacheTok=com.vignette.cachetoken&javax.portlet.endCacheTok=com.vignette.cachetoken

Solution
The HD 2500 graphics is part of your Intel processor. You may install a HD 7750 without conflicting with the integrated graphics processor. Connect the monitor to the graphics card, install the latest AMD drivers, and you should be good to go.
