im going to buy a gtx 770 and i cant find a 650w power supplie with 1x 8 pin pci and 1x 6 pin pci

Corsair TX 650 V2; XFX P1-650X-XXB9; SeaSonic S12II 620 Bronze, etc.

Virtually all 650w supplies will have the connectors you need. Typically they will be listed as 6+2 connectors.

Yeah, you can use 6+2 pin connectors as either 6 pin or 8 pin.

Anything 550W+ from the link in my sig should be fine.

i now have another problem i found out with the gtx 770 i need a new psu which is solved so now i need a motherboard that can take a 650w psu the gtx 770, DDR3 ram and a AMD FX(tm)-4100 Quad-core Processor

Any modern board can take that size PSU, a 770, and DDR3. You'll need a board with an AM3+ socket for that chip, though.

I strongly advise against a Bulldozer chip, however. At least move up to the FX-6300.

The GTX 770 is going to get bottlenecked by that FX 4100.

^^ Yes get the FX 6300 instead, much better than an AMD quad core. Good value board too.
