I just received my HIS 7870 ghz and i just have a little feeling newegg sent me a used or refurbished one. The box doesn't seem resealed at all. Within the box i didn't get the HIS iTurbo overclocking cd, (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0z_QfYKYqRg around 4:00.)
Opening the box I immediately saw the sticker peeling and there is couple of scratch marks on the inner fan.

Also theres couple of small minor scratches on the metal pipes, but im not to worried about that.
Should I be worried? Do stickers come off that easily within a sealed box?
