Will that build run battlefield 4 and RTW II at MID-HIGH?

Those are the parts:

MSI HD Radeon 7870 2gb Ghz

Fx-8320 (can i OC it with the stock heatsink?)

8Gb 1600Mhz (2x4) Corsair Ram

The 7870 is a pretty decent card, able to max out all new games pretty much, maybe turning off some AA or V-sync, lower a little depth of field etc. The CPU is good and since it's a 8 core you don't need to worry about CPU intense parts.
I guess it would be the same for Arma.

Are you sure about RTW II ?
for me is enough to have a 25-35 fps drop in intense battles at high graphics!
you think i'll be able to do that? and what about ARMA III?
