Really want the GTX 770, would my current setup work with it?

My current specs are: Basically I'm wondering if my current setup would work with the 770, also I'm new to this PC stuff so I have no idea how to install it if I did get it. So any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance. Also if I'm missing something, please let me know what!

It will work but it's best to get a higher watt psu.

Wait you have a gtx 760, going to a gtx 770 is a waste of money.
