Is it possible to have an those two graphics cards in an SLI? i am saving up for a 670 but I wonder how if i can use both for gaming. I my power supply is meant for SLI so my system is ready for a second gpu.

any advise would be grateful.

But it won't be as fast as a 670.
See, even in theory, the 670 is more than twice as fast as a 650.

So 650's in SLI have to be slower considering practical factors.
Even floating point performance says the same thing.

the 650 can be SLIed... but only to another 650. All SLI configurations have to be the same card. It doesn't matter about who made the cards (a 650 from asus and a 650 from msi can be slied) but a 650 from asus and a 660 from asus can't be.
