Don't you think it would be helpful for you to post the game requirements and your system configuration (with hardware brands and model numbers; and the windows version you have)? In general a direct3d error relates to Microsoft DirectX software. You may need to download and reinstall it to correct the error. Where did you get your copy of the game from? Have you tried re-installing it? If it was a legit copy from a source like Steam, the download may have gotten damaged. Have you looked at the game forums to see if others have had this issue?
