i have got Intel core i3-3220 3.30 GHz processor
on motherboard Gigabyte B75M-D3H. 8GB RAM
Please suggest me the best GPU card that will not bottle neck anything, for my PC

if you have a good quality psu, amd radeon hd 7770 or radeon hd 7790.
otherwise, radeon hd 7750.
it will depend on your budget, case and power supply.
