I am looking to buy a new graphics card for my HP Pavilion Slimline 400.

I am using it to play The Sims 3, and it has held up well up until the most recent expansion packs. Unfortunately, it just can't handle the game anymore and I desperately need a new graphics card. I know this computer is not the best for this, especially because of the size. But does anyone know a graphics card and corresponding power supply that would be compatible with my computer and fit inside it?
