Can I run Medium to high? Im asking this because when I played DayZ mod I could not play, I had to much lagg .
Specs:
Gtx 770 2gb
Cpu: i5 4670k
8gb: ram

Solution
Well, hardware wise, it should do fine, but DayZ is in Alpha, so it need smoothing out the bugs, would suggest lowering graphics if encounter any lag, but practical, it "should" do great, because DayZ at this point is not too graphically advanced.

Honestly you shouldn't be lagging, that is a pretty ba computer you have, and yes dayz standalone seems to run better then the mod did for me, you should overclock your cpu, I know arma 2 engine was very cpu dependent
